A7 Yes. Many foreign workers do have the skills. During interview, employers will assess for themselves.
Q8 Can employers interview and select for themselves?
A8 Employers who take in more than 50 pax can go to the source country to select themselves. Transport and accommodation for 1 person will be provided by Winbond.
Q9 From which country are female workers available?
A9 Indonesia, Vietnam and Myanmar (limited number of females from Myanmar)
Q10 What are the hours of work, minimum OT hours per day and OT rates?
A10 8 hours per day and average 3 hours OT per day (1.5 x Normal Day / 2.0 x Sunday / 3.0 x Public Holiday)
